Prior to establishing RustriyandiRaharjo Law Offices, he is a banker with more than 9 (nine) years of experiences in one of the biggest local bank with the latest position as a Senior Manager in handling corporate litigation matters. In his years as a banker, he was also a partner in Law Offices of Rustriyandi Adidana Christofer Chairil in Bandung during the years of 2000-2005. With his extensive experiences in the field of law, faced various type of legal matters with respect to the bank recapitalizations and asset resolutions, his expertise is now in general corporate and commercial law, bankruptcy, land & property law, banking and finance, alternative dispute resolution and debt recovery as well as litigation. His expertise in conveying legal opinions, drafting legal document and settling the cases in out-of-court and in-court settlement manner has made him undoubtely a good analyst and a prob lem solver.
